Night 1 - Hwy 86 Improvements

  Rain began at approximately 7 p.m. Traffic control Contractor laid out signs on both ends of the project at 8 p.m. in the rain. Light fog moved in with continued rain at 9 p.m. To avoid excessive mud on Hwy 86 throughout the week and extensive clean up hours, the decision was made to not strip top soil.

Chip & seal going down on parking lot 4A. Turf has been installed in front of north suites. Prepping the south suites for turf install. Springfield Striping at the south entrance. Getting their measurements. View of the area where the ditch is supposed to be cut in. Other side should have ditch line as well. Supposedly an agreement has been made to wait until after the concert to fully complete this part of the job.
