Thunder Ridge - 9/15/22



Concrete pour this morning for the north suites slab and deck. We will start on the slab first.




Concrete tested out good and pour is underway.


Wrapping up, now just smoothing out the surface.


Used the excess to pour around some utilities near the footing.


Digging out a soft spot in the parking lot in front of the main building to backfill with larger rock and redo compaction.




Concrete pour for the north suites deck is underway. Tested out good.


Pour nearly complete. No issues.


Striping going in on lot 2.

Chip & seal going down on parking lot 4A. Turf has been installed in front of north suites. Prepping the south suites for turf install. Springfield Striping at the south entrance. Getting their measurements. View of the area where the ditch is supposed to be cut in. Other side should have ditch line as well. Supposedly an agreement has been made to wait until after the concert to fully complete this part of the job.
